TJ is back!
Two years ago we met an incredible lady that joined our volunteer group to support the Players and Coaches in this Tournament. TJ set up shop for 4 days at the Abby Sr. Gym during our 28th Tourney, being there for any sports injuries and talking to coaches, players and parents about rehab, injury prevention, conditioning and training.
Now for the 29th, TJ has made a big committment and agreed to join our Tournament Director Committee (and only our 5th member in the Tournament’s 29 years). TJ is set up with the tools of her profession at Lord Byng, all day Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to help with any sports related injuries, providing both first response and guidance, to players coaches and parents.
Look for her in a black Tourney Director vest by the Awards table in the main gym. Ask for help or advice or thank TJ for donating so much of her time in helping youth sports.
“I met TJ in 2024 in the last few months in the Langley Events Center Sports Medicine Clinic and besides her love of sports (and especially basketball), I have been impressed by her physio work with my new knee (in 2024) and another one (in early 2025) and just how fast I recovered. And am so happy that when TJ learned about our Tournament, she jumped right in and volunteered to help.”

“We are all excited that TJ joined our Tourney Director Team”.
