The candidates considered for this Lifetime Achievement Award best fill 3 or more of the following criteria:

1. Coached for 25 or more years.

2. Has an outstanding record as a Coach.

3. Has been a Coach or Executive for agencies other than High School.

4. Has a record of building basketball in the community or province.

5. Has exhibited an extraordinary ability to fund raise for his program and his teams.

6. A person whose success has been recognized at different levels.
