REMINDERS:
1. Friday 7:15 to 8:45 pm – Banquet followed by our Guest Speaker.
2. Please wear a team jersey – any sport. The Banquet theme is “My Favourite Team Jersey”.
3. Please bring at least 2 door prizes to add to our door prizes to be given away during the banquet.
4. Please bring 2 or 3 banners or posters from your school to hang in the gyms. They will be returned to you when you leave.

All Coaches or Sponsors that will be on the bench must register on this form.
