Coaches – on your checkin…

Please go to the stage area at Abby Sr’s Pitt gym for drop off of your Posters / Banners, Banquet Door Prizes and Cheques and pickup your Merch orders.

Your Merch order will be checked with you present to make sure there are no errors.|

Access to the stage area is via the hallway in between the 2 gyms, go to the end of the hallway and the door is to your right. We will be restricting general access down this hallway as that also leads to our changing rooms.

This area will be organizers temporary “office” for the Tournament and the balcony in the stage area is where a Coaches Hospitality area will be set up Friday late morning.
