2023 Provincial 3×3 Entry Form


1. No entry fee.

2. Last year’s $500 Basketball Bursary has been doubled to $1,000 this year ($500 for 1st, $250 for 2nd, $150 for 3rd and $100 for 4th). The Top 4 teams also receive Provincial trophies, Championship T-shirts and Vancouver Bandits Tickets and swag.

3. ELIGIBILITY for the BC Gr9 Boys 2023 PROVINCIAL 3×3 CHAMPIONSHIPS

  • Any Grade 9 player who registered and played BC high school basketball this season is eligible.
  • Any Grade 8 player who registered and played on a Grade 8 or Grade 9/Juvenile BC high school basketball team this season is eligible.
    • NOTE: Each team can have a maximum of 2 Grade 8’s per team.
  • Your school team can not be active, meaning that is they have finished their season.
    • An example of an active (thus not eligible) team is a team that is competing at the BC Gr 9 Provincials or any of the Senior boys tiers.
  • Each school can enter a maximum of 2 teams.
  • Teams must be composed of players from the same school.
  • NEW – Please submit your BCSS registration (from your Coach or Athletic Director) showing the school team that you were registered on for the 2022-23 season.

4. Round Robin and Elimination Games start at 9:00 Saturday March 4 at Semiahmoo and go all day. Round robin play continues until the Final Four are determined. Those Final Four teams will be seeded and they will play the following day at Earl Marriott, Sunday March 5 at 2:00 (checkin at 12:30) for the Championship in the main gym just prior to the Provincial Final Four games.

5. See posted Rules. This is a possession fast break timed and refereed game in the half court.
