Banquet and Provincials Gear and Hotels

Organizers at the 2018 Provincials Host site have done an outstanding job in arranging a top quality Banquet with a well regarded Guest Speaker and for our very first time, an online store for Provincial Gear.

Its Tupper and Churchill in the Vancouver Finals Today.

Both Sir Winston Churchill Bulldogs and Charles Tupper Tigers advanced to the Vancouver Finals Thursday night and secured BC Berths with wins over Magee Lions and Eric Hamber Griffins.  The winner of the Bulldogs and Tigers battle takes the Vancouver Championship home along with a high seed at the Provincials. The winner of the Magee and Hamber contest moves into the Wildcard beginning this Friday at St. George’s.

VSSAA Juvenile Boys Championships

Abby Sr Takes the Fraser Valley Title.

Abby Sr Panthers took home the Fraser Valley Gold with a 76-58 win over                Lord Tweedsmuir Panthers.

For 3rd and 4th Rick Hansen Hurricanes defeated Queen Elizabeth Royals 75 – 32.
All four teams have qualified for the BC’s.

For 5th and (last berth qualifying for the BC’s) its was Elgin Park Orcas beating
GW Graham Grizzlies 53 – 45. With GW Graham qualifying for the Wildcard Tourney next weekend, Feb 23/24.

And for 7th and 8th (and both teams qualifying for the Wildcard Tourney)
Heritage Woods Kodiaks beat WJ Mouat Hawks 35 – 39.

Heritage Woods has the Host Berth and will not participate in the Wildcard, meaning that Pinetree Timberwolves, is offered the last Fraser Valley Wildcard Berth.
